"[When I was living in Amsterdam] I used to put on the saddest music I could find and put my head between the speakers just so that it would make me weep . . It was Enya, actually, or Tchaikovsky. Which'd really do it any day - overlooking the canals with the rain falling into them, my head between the speakers, just letting it out ....
[Laughs] I don't suggest that people do that with my records, but it's certainly a good thing to do with Tchaikovsky."

Reputation & Rarities
Released, 1998

This is a re-release of Dusty's 1990 hit album, REPUTATION, produced by the Pet Shop Boys.
With her soulful, haunting voice riding  perfectly  on top of the techno-pop arrangements, this album demonstrates again  the scope of her talent. This  "must have" album is great fun and has been re-released with additional tracks from the original recording sessions.

A Very Fine Love

Recorded in 1995, this wasDusty's last studio recording. Although not a country album, it was recored in Nashville. With her voice as expressive as ever, this is a "quiet" gem.

Something Special

There are many Dusty anthologies to explore.  This one is interesting because it contains very few of her hits, but an a lot of seldom heard ( i.e. Dusty singing in French) and   previously unreleased material. The  enormous range of material makes this worth listening to again and again.
